Be sure to check out the schedule by clicking on the "Upcoming Shows" link.

Jenks Riverwalk

If you haven't taken in a show at the Jenks Riverwalk you are definitely missing one of the most classic environments Tulsa has to offer. The night was perfect and the winds were still. The quiet calm inspired a relaxing show that seemed to elevate the artistic senses in everyone. Men laughed, women cried, babies danced - something like that. Whatever it was it was good and if you weren't there we are sure sorry. Tulsa's best dining, most fascinating shops and relaxing open-air environment is waiting for you to take it all in. Be sure to stop by the Riverwalk to see who is up next - who knows, perhaps you'll see the Zoograss Boys the next time you are there. <see more>

Byron Berline and the OIBFThe OIBF was eye-opening to me. I saw things there I didn't expect to see and loved every minute of it. I showed up about 5pm on Thursday and hung out around the outskirts of the crowd to watch the Byron Berline band. Burgess and Berline have to be two of the tightest twin fiddles I have ever heard. You can see them about every other week at the DoubleStop Fiddle Shop in Guthrie on Saturday evenings and I encourage you to do so. But back to the OIBF, I got in early Friday morning and was lucky to find two spots dead center of the stage 4 rows back. That's where I could be found the next two days. <more>

Zoo Links for Real You might be wondering, "Why Zoograss Boys?". Well, the answer to that lies in the roots of who the first Zoograss Boys were. Larry Nunley worked at the Tulsa zoo for many years and worked into the leadership position of Tulsa Zoo Director. Over the many years since the band was first organized, many of the members also worked for the zoo.

Motorguide Company Picnic Zoograss was pleased to perform at the 2006 company picnic for the Motorguide Company located in Tulsa. Held at Chandler Park, the event hosted the entire staff and families of the best trolling motor manufacturer in the business. <more>

Williams Cafeteria Shows Customer Appreciation w/ Zoograss A lively event was held to show customer appreciation for the Williams cafeteria. Free lunch and bluegrass was on the menu. Cafeteria employees danced and even joined in to sing a few. It was great fun for everyone that attended.

Private Party in Sallisaw Saturday evening saw the Zoograss Boys down by Sallisaw performing for a nice bunch a people at a calssic Fall hayride and bonfire. What made this party unique and memorable was the live music of the Zoograss Boys. By the end of the night, the crowd had stooped to the level of a lowly bluegrasser as they all joined in to sing along with the band on some favorites by the Soggy Bottom Boys and Woody Guthrie and Johnny Cash.
